Highlights of 2018!

2018  has been a busy year for Voice and the people that work for us with some fantastic achievements along the way. There are too many to list them all – we have onboarded new clients, seen new people join our management team and seen our business grow from strength to strength. We thought we would pick out some of highlights and share them with you…… 

Cash for Kids – The WOW FACTOR of 2018! 

Voice Marketing have supported Hallam FM Cash for kids for many years but 2018 saw us really up the ante and we celebrated reaching an amazing total amount of £22,302 for Hallam Cash for Kids!

What an incredible achievement! Everyone in the Voice Family should be extremely proud of themselves because without you all contributing it would not have been possible. Your efforts have truly made a HUGE difference to the charity. Thank you and we are looking forward to making this amount even BIGGER in 2019! – Amazing work!

The People Awards 2018! 

At Voice Marketing we love our people more than anything. We like to recognise people for outstanding achievements throughout the year. To all the winners on each quarter, thank you so much for your dedication and hard work. Capita Local Heroes Awards Winners of 2018!

Jon Lewis, Capita’s Chief Executive, launched his company-wide heroes’ incentive the Local Heroes Awards. This is to recognise and celebrate employees across the business who are making an exceptional contribution – our local heroes!

Each month is about celebrating individuals who are helping Capita to simplify, strengthen and succeed; be innovative and positively impact our local communities and environment.

Not only did we have some fantastic divisional winners: –

 Gary Senior – Divisional winner of CCM Local Heroes Awards. Gary’s constant work on positively impacting our local communities and environment hasn’t gone unnoticed! 

James Deaves – Divisional winner of CCM Local Heroes Awards

Some went even further and won one of the Capita wide awards – with a gift voucher and a personal thank you note from Jon Lewis.

Fundraising & Volunteering!

Our Voice Family are not just incredible employees, but they have also spent 2018 helping others in need by volunteering and fundraising for charities in a variety of creative ways! – We are absolutely honoured to have such good-hearted people working with us and you have definitely shown to the local community how much we can achieve as a team together. #VOICEFAMILY

Hallam Fm Cash For Kids!

1   Superhero Day! & Sports Day Challenge! – Together we raised OVER £1479!
2  Mission Christmas – Ensures all local disadvantaged children receive a present on Christmas

Day morning. Voice employee’s donated gifts to this fantastic cause. We donated that many that we had to call in an early collection and filled their van twice. 2018 also saw many of our team cover a full weekend at Sheffield Christmas Market raising funds through the sale of Christmas Eve goodie bags.

Whirlow Hall Farm

❖ Halloween Event! – Our Voice Family SCARILY raised £365! WELL DONE to everyone who got involved!

Children In Need

❖ Our Voice Family put lots of time and effort into supporting this charity close to their hearts. From face painting to guess the name of bear, everyone had a fantastic time raising money. Well done to everyone who got involved!

Lullaby Trust

❖ Bake it for babies – Over £365 Raised! Our Voice Family Bakers must have some amazing skills to be able to raise outstanding amounts of money like this!

Alzheimer’s Society

❖ Cup Cake Day!, Elf Day & the Memory Walk at Clumber Park – We have supported this Charity not only through fundraising and volunteering, we have also raised awareness creating over a third of our staff as dementia friends.

Burngreave Food Bank Donations

❖ Our Voice Family kindly donated to a well-known Sheffield Foodbank to help the homeless for the second year running. Great work everyone!

Christmas Jumper Day

❖ What is better than getting in the seasonal spirit than getting dressed up in your favorite Christmas jumpers… right? Thank you to everyone who got involved everyone looked great!

Sporting Events

At Voice Marketing we just LOVE sport. People of all ages in the Voice Family came together to play a variety of sports to promote good causes and have fun at the same time!

Voice World Cup

We had teams representing each campaign who played head to head in our very own VOICE WORLD CUP! It was an amazing day with a great atmosphere. The Voice Family enjoyed the day with lots of Football, Face Painting and most importantly we all had lots of FUN!

Well done to EVERYONE who attended and on behalf of the whole Voice Family we would like to give a

special appreciation to the winning team and the player of the match – CONGRATULATIONS!

Due to phenomenal success from our existing team we are looking to expand our sales department at the Woodseats office.

The position is to work on behalf of our largest blue-chip client who are at the forefront of the telecommunications market and a well-known household brand.

We are looking for enthusiastic people to speak with our existing customers – NO COLD CALLING, all you need to do is promote and cross sell our additional products and services.

Sales Team Leader

£21,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

Due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting for an experienced sales team leader to be based from our established office in the S10 area of Sheffield.

The ideal candidate should be extremely confident in managing a team of people and effectively engage, inspire and motivate the team to deliver and exceed sales targets. You will be expected to report performance to the operations manager on a day to day basis to ensure the business KPIs are being met.

The Role:

The purpose of the Team Leader role is to manage a team of outbound sales advisers that promote the full range of their services to prospective customers.

Identify training and coaching needs within the team through implementation & regular review of documented development plans. Ensuring the team are focused on delivering world class sales outputs and Identify gaps/barriers to service/sales and work proactively to tackle root causes both within the team and other business stakeholders
